Brief introduction:
Ferrosilicon is a ferrosilicon alloy made of coke, steel chips, quartz (or silica) as raw materials, which is smelted in an electric furnace.
Size: 0-1mm, 1-3mm, 3-10mm, 10-50mm, 50-100mm or customized.
Packing: ton bag, 1000kg/ bag
USES:
(1) Used as deoxidizer and alloy agent in steelmaking industry.
(2) Used as inoculation agent and spheroidizing agent in the cast iron industry, adding a certain amount of ferrosilicon in the cast iron process can prevent the formation of carbide in iron and promote the precipitation and spheroidization of graphite.
(3) 75# ferrosilicon is the main raw material for the production of magnesium metal, with a ton consumption of about 1.1 tons.
(4) Finely ground or atomized ferrosilicon powder can be used as a suspended phase in the mineral processing industry and as a coating for welding rods in the electrode manufacturing industry.

Ferro Silicon Briquette
Ferro Silicon Briquette is made of silicon iron powder and silicon iron particle by scientific pressing. Used to replace ferrosilicon in steelmaking, steel slag smelting pig iron, ordinary casting, etc., can improve the furnace temperature, increase the fluidity of hot metal effective slag discharge, increase the number, improve the toughness and cutting ability of pig iron and castings.
* Cost reduction, about 20% lower than ferrosilicon cost.
* Uniform particle size, accurate feeding.
* Good deoxidization effect, shorten the deoxidization time, save energy, improve the efficiency of steelmaking, improve the quality in addition to low raw and auxiliary material consumption, high recovery rate, reduce labor intensity. The melting speed of ferrosilicon ball is fast, the parts are even and the power consumption is reduced.
